Just an FYI for Victoria people. The name of the company that makes the wonderful tamales that are sold at the Moss Street Market is ¡Orale!. Looks like they do catering, and may open a restaurant as well. In the meantime, you can stock up on their frozen tamales and steam them at home yourself (or get lazy and use the microwave).
