This sounds wonderful, I may try it tonight. I will probably add cocoa powder as I love chocolate in my beans! I am with you completely on the low fat thing. I think that eating a little of whatever full fat products you want far outways eating loads of low fat products, plus they tend to be much less processed and free of additives - actually that's an excuse to eat more than just a little of them don't you think!!!

Your cocoa idea is intriguing. It would make the whole thing rather mole-ish (if you haven't had mole, it's a spicy and chocolatey sauce used in Mexican cooking). Let me know how it works out!
